Best Graphics Card for Ryzen 7 2700x

Best Graphics Card for Ryzen 7 2700x – Graphics card is one of the most important components in a gaming build, and with processors like Ryzen 7 2700X, we need some potent graphics card. As you know, mining is high at its peak, and the shortage of graphics cards too, so for users, it’s hard to get some good graphics cards for a normal price. We’ve made a guide on the best GPU for Ryzen 7 2700X, which will give you exceptional frame rates at 1440p resolution.

We’ve different options from budget category to high-end graphics cards, and there are cards that you can use temporarily for your build until the price of graphics cards gets normal. Budget users can get RX 5600 XT or RTX 2060, while if you have a little more budget, you can get RX 5700 XT or RTX 2070 Super.

If you are looking for something premium, there are graphics cards like RTX 3060 Ti or RTX 3070, which will give you exceptional 4K gaming performance. Few users get confused about these high-end graphics cards that they will bottleneck the processor, but in this case, we’ve got the Ryzen 7 2700X, which is quite powerful to handle them at high resolutions.

1.ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 2080TI

Features

OUR TAKE

Asus ROG Strix 2080Ti OC is a behemoth of a graphics card. This version takes up 2.7 PCIe slots, meaning you’re going to have to essentially say goodbye to three PCIe slots on your motherboard to install this big boy. With a 12-inch length, the Asus 2080Ti is nearly two inches longer than Nvidia’s FE card, but that’s not too surprising, given the addition of a third fan (compared to two on the FE card). It’s roughly the same length as the Zotac version, but notably thicker.

As is the case with other Asus ROG products, this card offers extensive RGB lighting which can be controlled via software. The ROG logo is illuminated, as are certain areas under the chassis which give off a really nice glow through the heatsink. Of the three RTX 2080 Ti cards I’ve looked at, the Asus ROG Strix model is far and away the most attractive in regards to lighting.

2.MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 2070

Features

OUR TAKE

After falling in love with MSI’s high-end GeForce RTX 2080 Ti LIGHTNING Z, the mid-range GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING Z went up on the review chopping block. It’s the fastest out-of-the-box RTX 2060 with huge GPU boost clocks, plenty of room to OC, and some low temps/noise from the fans.

Now it’s the slightly higher-end GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING Z that we’re looking at today, offering GeForce GTX 1080 Ti levels of performance, but with RTX abilities. The new RTX 2070 is powered by the new Turing GPU architecture which has a plethora of improvements alongside the inclusion of the super-powered GDDR6 memory. We have 8GB of GDDR6 at 14Gbps on the RTX 2070 GAMING Z, like all RTX 2070s on the market.

3.XFX RX 5700 Xt Thicc III

Features

OUR TAKE

We said, continuing the hot-rod theme this hardware begs for. Fan control bugs common to third-party Radeon RX 5700 models dragged it down, requiring a BIOS update out of the box, and the fans roared to tame the card’s power-pushing clock speeds.

The new XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT Thicc III Ultra does the tinkering for you. It swaps out the dual 100mm chrome fans of the original with two 90mm and one 100mm fan, and bolsters the cooling design under the shroud to fix heating concerns of the original. T

hen XFX cranked up the power draw even more to push clocks even higher. The end result? A still-gorgeous, high-performing, quietly purring muscle car of a graphics card that fixes the flaws of its predecessor for the same  price tag.

5.Gigabyte GV-N207SWF3OC-8GD

Features

OUR TAKE

Gigabyte’s GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC 8G seeks to outshine the Founders Edition model with a beefier power supply, a three-fan thermal solution, overclocked core frequency, RGB lighting, and a notable discount. For the most part, it succeeds.

It’s not that we disliked Nvidia’s reference-class 2070. But its medium price tag is a real turn-off, especially since third-party boards start atlow price. The Founders Edition card is nice for its short PCB and high-quality materials. At the same time, a pair of axial fans exhaust waste heat back into your case, so the GeForce RTX 2070 FE isn’t great in small form factor cases anyway.

You might as well go big for less money with Gigabyte’s GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC 8G, which was selling for when this review was published.
