Best Budget Windows 10 Laptops Under 200

Best Budget Windows 10 Laptops Under 200 – The $200 laptop market has had it’s ups and downs over the years. Chromebooks, previously all the rage at the $200 price point, have recently taken a backseat. Now it is 2-in-1 laptop tablet hybrids which are dominating the space.

Refurbished laptops may also be a possibility for those looking for a dedicated laptop, though these are far and few between.  In this list, you will find some of the best deals on new, used, and refurbished laptops under $200.

1.HP 1FX82UT

Pros & Cons

The laptop has Intel Celeron N3060 Dual-Core 1.6 GHz processor with Intel HD graphics 400 and 4 GB RAM that gives lag free experience. The laptop has 16 GB – eMMC SSD which makes all essential data and entertainment files handy.

The notebook has two USB 3.0 ports which enables faster file transfer and has IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless LAN for network communication. The laptop comes with 3 cell Li-Polymer battery which gives long run time upto 12.5 hours. It runs on chrome operating system.

2.HP Chromebook

Pros & Cons

The HP Chromebook 14 comes with enough features and the kind of performance that might make you consider switching. This machine is for you if all you need is an affordable device that will let you browse online, tackle basic productivity tasks, send emails, and stream shows.

And, its gorgeous 14-inch display, quality trackpad, and fantastic keyboard round it up nicely. If you want to do some heavy gaming or need to do intense graphics-related work like video editing, you’ll definitely have to look elsewhere.

3.SAMSUNG Galaxy Chromebook 4

Pros & Cons

For our benchmark charts, I stacked up the Samsung Chromebook 4 against three other coat-pocket-size Chromebooks: the Lenovo Chromebook 3 and the 12-inch convertible HP Chromebook x360 12b, which (like the Samsung) have Intel Celeron power, and the Lenovo Chromebook Duet, a 10.1-inch detachable tablet and keyboard combo that relies on a MediaTek ARM processor.

That left one slot, which (as in my Samsung Chromebook 4+ review) I filled with a much better-equipped and more expensive ($629) mainstream model: our consumer Chromebook Editors’ Choice winner, the Intel Core i5-based Acer Chromebook Spin 713. (See more about how we test laptops and Chromebooks.)

4.Lenovo – Chromebook 3

Pros & Cons

From the outside, this Walmart-exclusive Chromebook 3 is actually quite stylish. The colorful Google Chrome logo is set into the upper right corner of the display lid, and a striped pattern fills the space below it and contrasts nicely with the solid Onyx Black color that makes up the rest of the lid. This two-tone color scheme would look tacky on an expensive laptop, but here I think it works quite well.

Touching the outside of the Chromebook 3 brings its budget roots to light, though. The material feels rather cheap, and it attracts oodles of fingerprints after just a few minutes of handling. But the chassis feels solid and remarkably light. The Chromebook 3 weighs just 2.42 pounds, less than many premium ultraportable Chromebooks.

5.ASUS Chromebook C202SA-YS04

Pros & Cons

Although it’s a very small laptop, the Asus Chromebook C202 feels like it can take a punch. Built to stand up to the kind of punishment that can only be doled out by school children, the C202’s dotted plastic lid and bottom are surrounded by a rubberized protective ring that serves as armor against drops.

The dark-blue rubber and gray plastic make the C202 look like the official Chromebook of the New York Yankees, but the only logos are Asus’ and the Chrome moniker on the lid.

Best Budget Windows 10 Laptops Under 200 – It’s not easy to find the best laptops under $200 these days. Components have been in short supply, which meant that manufacturers have been unable to roll out bargain-basement laptops for months now.
