Best Laptops for Photoshop Cs6

Best Laptops for Photoshop Cs6 – While the fact that “Photoshop is the most useful, popular and therefore the only software you should consider for any type of image editing” is universically accepted.

There’s a ton of conflicting evidence on what computer specs are best suited for the software.

ROUND UP

1.Acer Aspire 5

While it may look dated, under the hood, the Acer Aspire 5 is a powerful piece of kit thanks to the 10th Gen Intel Core processor with a fast M.2 SSD. Then, factor in 8GB of RAM, a decent 48Wh battery and 1080p IPS panel and what you get is complete reliability.

What’s more, as tested this is the 14-inch Acer Aspire 5 A514-52-582Y model (15-inch models and variants running AMD processors are also available), so despite the mediocre screen to body ratio this remains a pretty portable device.

2.Asus TUF FX705GM

The Asus TUF Gaming FX705  is a midlevel gaming laptop that offers excellent overall performance at a reasonable price. While it doesn’t pack one of Nvidia’s newer, more powerful RTX graphics cards, the 17.3-inch TUF Gaming FX705’s GeForce GTX 1060 GPU with 6GB of VRAM can run modern games at medium-to-high settings.

The laptop also has a comfortable keyboard and a vivid, 144-Hz IPS display. A large, hefty chassis and weak speakers are unfortunate shortcomings, but the FX705 is still a great value –– so much so that it’s landed on our top cheap gaming laptops under page.

3.Apple MacBook Pro

The MacBook Pro 13-inch (M1, 2020) is a watershed moment for Apple’s Pro line. That’s because, along with the MacBook Air (M1, 2020) and the Mac mini (M1, 2020) that launched at the same time, it has moved Apple into a new era. Instead of using Intel CPUs that have powered all of the company’s computers for a while now, it uses the new Apple-made M1 chip. This upgrade to the laptop line is the first truly big leap that it has seen in a long time.

That’s not to say that it looks all that different from previous models. In fact, as big of a change as the M1 chip is, it’s the only big upgrade the Pro 13-inch gets. If you have a 2019 or even an early 2020 model, for instance, you’ll probably want to wait a few generations before getting a Pro with an M1 chip.

4.MSI GF63

The GF63 Thin 9SC from MSI is directed at occasional gamers who wouldn’t (want to) spend over  dollars for a notebook. The device is 2.2 cm (~0.9 in) thick and weighs 1.8 kg (~3.9 lb), which is fairly slim and light for a 15-inch notebook.

It has a good selection of components and is equipped with Intel’s quad-core processor Core i5-9300H, 8 GB of DDR4 RAM (single channel) and a 512-GB SSD. The energy-efficient Max-Q version of the mid-range GeForce GTX 1650 takes care of the graphics department. The images it produces are displayed on a matte IPS display with 1920×1080 pixels.

5.Dell G5 15

Dell’s G5 15 SE is focused. It’s not the best-looking gaming laptop or the fastest out there, but starting at $879.99, its AMD Ryzen processor and RX 5600M graphics chip make for a great tag team. Along with other speedy components like fast RAM, an NVMe SSD, and a 144Hz refresh rate display, this Dell gaming laptop undercuts and outruns the competition in its price range.

The G5 doesn’t have phenomenal battery stamina like other AMD-powered laptops we’ve recently reviewed, but it’s a great midrange desktop replacement that can play most modern games at their highest graphical settings without a fuss. Plenty of gaming laptops can do that, but this one stands out solely because it won’t cost you an extravagant amount of cash to get one.

WRAP UP

Best Laptops for Photoshop Cs6 – As a result most people either end up buying an overpowered 10lb laptop (which is also ultra expensive)  that they never put to full use or a 200$ underpowered little toy that can’t pack more than a dozen layers.

In reality the hardware needed (therefore how much you need to spend) really comes down to personal usage (and in a few cases skill).
