Best Motherboards for i5 3570 – It’s the process tech that promises the most. Intel reckons the new 22nm 3D Tri-gate transistors are more than just your typical process shrink. They offer much better current control, less leak and improve flow.

A “Tick” in Intel-speak means a die shrink of an existing processor architecture, where a “Tock” is a new design using the old manufacturing tech.

So, the existing Core i5 2550K is part of the Sandy Bridge Tock family and the new Intel Core i5 3570K is an Ivy Bridge Tick.

Anywho, whether the Tick-plus label makes any sense, it’ll be Intel’s own CPUs that the Core i5 3570K will have to beat.

Moving on to GIGABYTE’s B560 stack, we have its premium (at the time of writing) ATX sized offering via the B560 Aorus Pro AX. It’s a quintessential Aorus board with a similar design we’ve seen from GIGABYTE over the last couple of years.

It is using an all-black PCB, with black power delivery heatsinks, with a black metallic-looking rear panel cover that features an Aorus Falcon logo. There’s a pair of M.2 heatsinks, with a black and grey chipset heatsink which has a diagonal-like design. GIGABYTE is advertising a 12+1 power delivery with 50 A power stages and uses a single 8-pin 12 V ATX CPU power input.

If you don’t mind a bit of audible VRM fan noise and like lots of USB and fast wired and wireless networking, it’s well worth considering.

Gigabyte’s current Z590 product stack consists of 13 models. There are familiar SKUs and a couple of new ones. Starting with the Aorus line, we have the Aorus Xtreme (and potentially a Waterforce version), Aorus Master, Aorus Ultra, and the Aorus Elite.

Gigabyte brings back the Vision boards (for creators) and their familiar white shrouds. The Z590 Gaming X and a couple of boards from the budget Ultra Durable (UD) series are also listed. New for Z590 is the Pro AX board, which looks to slot somewhere in the mid-range. Gigabyte will also release the Z590 Aorus Tachyon, an overbuilt motherboard designed for extreme overclocking

6.ASUS Intel Celeron Dual-Core

Asus product embody 2-in-1s, laptops, pill computers, desktop computers, smartphones, personal digital assistants(PDAs), servers, laptop monitors, motherboards, graphics cards, sound cards, videodisk disk driver, laptop networking devices, laptop cases, laptop elements and laptop cooling systems.

One of Asus main lineup is that the Vivo lineup consisting of laptops(VivoBooks), All-in-ones(Vivo AiO), desktops(VivoPC), Stick PCs(VivoStick), mini PCs(VivoMini), smartwatches(VivoWatch), mouses(VivoMouse) and tablets(Vivo Tab).

Unfortunately, even Intel’s Core i3 CPU, let alone the popular Core i5, is in the performance stratosphere compared to the cellar-dwelling Celeron. And 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage, while tight but tolerable for Chrome OS, is cruel and unusual for Windows.

7.ASUS Socket 1156

Although the “next-gen” Intel P67 platform has launched recently, there still remains a good supply of the “old stuff”, P55 and LGA1366, on the market. With P67 boards pulled from the market due to a manufacturing fault, those looking to buy a motherboard today are left with few options to choose from. Given the performance and features offered by P55 chipset itself, it’s easy to understand why it’s still a viable platform for daily usage for most users, from entry to high-end.

With that in mind, fresh off the assembly line and to our door comes the ASUS P7P55D-E PRO, from ASUS’ “Extreme Design” series of products. Boasting some features not found elsewhere, the ASUS P7P55D-E PRO attempts to set itself apart from the rest with the inclusion of both USB 3.0 and SATA 6 Gbps support. Also brought to the table on the ASUS P7P55D-E PRO is ASUS’ “Hybrid Design”, which attempts to push efficiency to a new level. Is it really “Extreme”? We take a hard look at the P7P55D-E PRO, read the review to find out.

8.MSI B460M-A

If you can put up with the memory speed limitation and have no intention of overclocking (well, with a K-series CPU anyway) then this is the kind of board that should be on your PC building wishlist. It ticks most of the important boxes and at  it’s well priced, though the competition is tough with many premium B460 motherboards priced in this range.

The MSI MAG B460M Mortar WiFi—let’s just call it the Mortar—is a Micro ATX board with a feature list we consider to be very competitive. Though looks are obviously subjective, I think it’s a very nice looking board with solid metal heatsinks and a rather subtle, perhaps even utilitarian theme. There are no RGB LEDs on the board itself but you do get RGB and ARGB connectors if you absolutely must have the bling

9.MSI Z490-A

There is a Realtek RTL8125B 2.5 G powered Ethernet port and a pair of video outputs consisting of a DisplayPort and HDMI output. For onboard audio, there is five 3.5 mm audio jacks and S/PDIF optical output controlled by a Realtek ALC1200 HD audio codec, with a single PS/2 keyboard and mouse combo port for users with legacy peripherals.

Overall the MSI Z490-A Pro caters more to professional users but includes more premium networking with a Realtek 2.5 G Ethernet controller which is a bump over previous versions of the A Pro. The two full-length PCIe 3.0 slots support dual AMD Crossfire graphics card setups, with a decent looking power delivery on a budget-focused model. MSI hasn’t provided pricing information as of yet.

Best Motherboards for i5 3570 – BUYER’S GUIDE

This is it. The biggie. The replacement for our favourite CPU of the past year or so. The new quad-core Intel Core i5 3570K, one of two new processors from Intel’s new 22nm Ivy Bridge family of CPUs, has plenty to prove.

Our old favourite that sets the standard this new chip will be measured by is the Intel Core i5 2500K from the Sandy Bridge generation, the best all round gaming CPU ever and all the chip most people need.

Or maybe that should be the Core i5 2550K which was a very minor clockspeed bump over the 2500K. In truth, they’re much of a muchness.

At first glance, you might wonder whether the Intel Core i5 3570K is actually a new chip, so similar are the headline specifications to its predecessor.

With four cores and no Hyperthreading support, there’s not a lot of extra CPU hardware. The clockspeeds and cache haven’t budged an inch, either. As before, we’re talking 3.4GHz nominal, 3.8GHz Turbo and 6MB of cache.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is installing a CPU a breeze?

Yes, it is, if you have the right tools. You don’t need to be tech-savvy or have prior knowledge to install your CPU. Another interesting thing is that you can get instructional videos or write-ups about how to install processors. Another simple way to install a processor is to note the one you’re removing from the computer. Have your new CPU installed in the same position as the old one.

Best Motherboards for i5 3570 –  These cars features the weakest engines but they also provide the most mileage for same amount of fuel. These cars are in the cheapest section. These cars are best suited for travelling daily to nearby places only, they’re not meant to go on very long drives or to carry huge amount of load. Similarly i3 processors are the weakest, they’re the most battery friendly, they’re suitable for doing simpler tasks like web surfing, MS-Office,etc.
